I wonder if her logic in analyzing the things I know not much about is as poor as the argument she lays out about ethanol in Iowa, milk in Wisconsin, and oil in Texas and the respective “subsidies.” Would there be milk in Wisconsin without subsidies and would there be a market for it? Would there be oil in Texas without subsidies and would there be a market for it? Would there be ethanol in Iowa without subsidies and would there be a market for it? No , but there would be corn, and there would be a market for it.

I’m not sure you are being logical. Whether or not those things would exist without subsidies is not the point. The point is that if Cruz’s is a real conservative, as he likes to say, he will stand against ALL subsidies-even oil.
