It means he knows the system and how to accomplish what he wanted.
I suppose he could have done less and settled, but that’s not his personality. That’s why we need a fighter and achiever like him.
What does religion have to do with it, or is it a separate subject? It’s between him and God. Faith should be private. If it’s not, then the Bible is not being followed and I wouldn’t trust that person.
