Today at the pharmacy, a very elderly gentleman who was ahead of me was advised the prescription he was attempting to pick up would cost $200 because the order was for capsules and his insurance will only pay for pills. They asked him if he wanted them to call the Dr. And ask him to switch it to pills and he answered yes. They said call tomorrow. I pray that gentleman can wait.

Everybody’s insurance does that. Every time any doc gives me a new scrip I come home and check my insurance formulary before I go to the pharmacy. I’ve had to have the doc change quite a few for one reason or another.
I’ve also use coupons off goers.com because it was cheaper than through my insurance. Did one just the other day.
