Some people make a choice to live as homeless. Isn’t “freedom of choice” what America is supposed to be about? They choose to be bums and vagrants. They don’t want help - unless to get booze and drugs. Get used to it.

but it is not fair to the rest of us, either.. that so many people mess up our cities and beg from us all the time
