So they live in Alaska and they should get some of the money.. The Article didn’t say what they did or was accused of doing.. Were they not living in Alaska???

They were not in Alaska for the required amount of days to receive the check.

I thought they had been in AK for a whole year, which I read is a requirement.

..doesn't say what they falsified?

I think they have bugged-out due to dad's medical condition now.

I thought they were going to Seattle, but I thought I read they were in CA?

Strange group...

Apparently there is a residence requirement that they violated by not living there for the required amount of time....not sure where they were [ i think Seatle} but they didn’t stay in Alaska enough to qualify.

sounds like the judge wanted his few moments of fame by throwing the book at the hardened criminals: they had thought they had an agreement to get probation and to pay back the money. Instead, Billy and Bam get 30 days and the rest of the fam gets the probation.

They are an odd bunch for sure...their “reality” is not as primitive as portrayed. They get around and I think one of the other kids was arrested for dui. And one of them may even be married, if rumors are to be believed.

I AM curious as to what Billy’s medical issue involves.
