Opinions on Hillary Clinton's chances in 2016 come in two forms with not much in between: "It ain't happening" and "Hillary's got it locked in." We may soon find out which one of those prognostications is right.
Washington insiders are saying that the evidence in the FBI's investigation into Clinton's "unique email arrangement" has reached "critical mass." The American Spectator's R. Emmett Tyrrell, Jr. joins former prosecutor Joe DiGenova in predicting that a decision to indict is coming soon....

They would sue in each state to get their replacement on the ballot out of “ fairness.”. They would sue and win. Remember how they kept the polls open?

Comey has nothing to do with the issuing of a warrant as that’s the job of a judge in a court of law. The job of the FBI is to execute the warrant against the named individual. And Obama could fire Comey later today for any reason or none at all.
Tyrell never gets anything right and Genova is wishfully thinking.
As far as I can tell Joe is the single source for several stories on this. Can he still be in the know?
The American people who turned against Leona Helmsley embrace Mrs. Bill, who the “little people” think is their protector.
If she is indicted but can stay on the ballot she will be nominated and it will not reduce her vote in the primaries or in the general.
So many believe Obama is going to leave.
There will be a Black Swan which will require Obama remains.
There will be countless threads on Free Republic about if this is the “Hill to die on”.
America died years ago. We are still in the denial stage.

5. Obstruction of justice.
I'm not seeing how any charges could be filed. This is SOP for any government official.
I haven’t seen anything being reported on any FIFA connection to the clinton foundation. Do you have any links to articles on that? International charges could be much more difficult to deal with than US charges.

It’s a short article, amazing how many posters didn’t read down to the punch line. Michelle Obama 2016. She has bee keeping a low profile recently so I’d just bet she is being schooled in policy very diligently.
What Comey could do is hold a very public press conference in which he announces that there is overwhelming evidence of criminal wrongdoing on the part of Hillary Clinton, and strongly recommend that the Justice Department indict her. True, Loretta Lynch could refuse to do so, but it would be tough to justify that decision, and the damage will have already been done to Hillary's campaign.
My friend, Bob Tyrrell, assures me this is as serious as reported.
Again, Justice Department = Executive Branch, no power to indict, that’s part of the Judicial Branch. Obviously, the Justice Department is the interface point and JD personnel would be the ones to file information with the court. However, indict = federal grand jury so that requires a certain amount of time to put the information to the GJ and await them deciding to hand down an indictment. Since Hillary > ham sandwich in a political sense, the political calculus does not factor easily.
There is still enough time to get Uncle Joe on some later ballots so that he can collect delegates prior to the convention. If Hillary is forced out after Super Tuesday, her accumulated delegates would be free to vote for anyone. Sanders is unlikely to have enough delegates to win...then, we’ll see Biden/Patrick or Biden/Warren...I think the Hildabeast may be coming down with some brain ischemia that can only be cured by a Presidential pardon!
IMO the best we can hope for is Hillary drop out for ‘health reasons’.
And I’m not sure that’s a plus.
Sanders has a huge following in the government teat sucking class. That’s 40% + of voters. Welfare, college loans and on and on.
It’s all FREEEEE if you elect me!
Then there’s the I hate big business, big banks, big oil, big pharma, big whatever group.
And let’s not forget Lieawatha. Socialist Sanders-like and a woman.
