Stoned drivers scare me most.
As Mariner said:
"Whether weed is legal or not, the consumption rate is not likely to change.
"It's here, embedded in the culture and that's not likely to change either."
Not to mention that any increase in consumption will be people who used to not smoke because it was illegal, and who will therefore continue to not perform the still-illegal act of driving stoned.
Not impressed with the “article” or the language.
