You did, unless you are reading and posting over a TOR network, or are logged in over a public wifi connection with a very clean computer system. Any IP based surveillance system, like the ones run by the US government, can easily capture IP addresses, and even examine http transaction data to identify the computers involved. For most modern home or office internet connections your IP address is a nearly perfect identifier. After all, you gave your real name to your internet service provider, didn't you?
