Aside from the fact that Trump doesn't drink, to accuse Trump and his current supporters of being 'non compos mentis' is beyond the pale when you consider the penultimate goal for Cruz would be to persuade Trump supporters to support Cruz.

This counter productive 'screw-loose-lu' approach is almost funny if it weren't so destructive. I am surprised that you haven't gotten a memo from his staff.

I have predicted recently that as this primary season goes on, that we will inevitably (and unfortunately) see a major Zot Thread where all of the Trump-haters will be compelled like moths to a flame to reveal themselves as the tools and fools of the enemies of conservatism, and they won't understand until they get the big ZOT that not only were they misguided, they were fatally wrong in their behavior.

However when it is all over and the smoke clears, FR will be even more conservative and powerful than ever before.
