E. Howard Hunt knew a lot, died with most of it.

There are so many tales like this one that it is impossible to know which part of which one to believe.

Most writers on this subject have an agenda. It has been a long time since it happened.

Johnson was capable of anything, but he did not kill Kennedy, although he hated him. He admitted that. And even explained to Goldwater as Johnson was dying why he agreed to run as the VP. And yes Johnson and J. Edgar Hoover had a strong relationship.

When I was a very young man, I got an education about Johnson from the TX Asst. AG. He was a family friend. Also had a family friend that was a book keeper for George Parr. He was a very private old bachelor, friend of my uncle.

Johnson's name never came up in the documentary here - I found that strange, considering the theories/rumors of some say "Johnson's involvement."

Makes me think perhaps he wasn't... Thanks for the additional information!
