The Constitution should be the model for any truly needed legislation.
We have plenty-o-laws. Anything added should require a 2x reduction in what is already on the books.

As 99% of what’s ‘on the books’ is illegal/unconstitutional (let alone rubber stamped by non-writing/non-reading/non-debated ‘elected officials’), everything should be scrapped (especially all ‘case law’, as it NEVER starts on a Constitutional basis) and the process begun anew.
