I agree. The war in Ukraine is about Russia wanting to put a pipeline through there to the EU, and Ukraine wants to get a piece of the pie.

The way in Syria is because the Gulf States want a pipeline through there to the EU, and Russia wants to stop the competition. That is why they prop up the Syrian state and maintain their only naval base in the Med in Syria.

If the Chinese can start using the Yuan to buy oil without having to buy dollars to pay for the oil, then the petro-dollar will collapse, and there will be chaos in the West.

Our economy has only survived this long because we are the currency to buy oil, and that will soon change.

Because if you make a deal with the devil, you end up getting burned. The Saudis got burned. Basically their ISIS forces got out of control and started attacking Iraq. That forced the Obama administration to cut a deal with Iran. Iran would go all in against ISIS. They have lost a number of generals in the process. Then the Sauds upped the game by sending more weapons to ISIS. At that point the Russians had enough with the whole cluster puck. They walked into the US embassy in Iraq and told the US they would start bombing ISIS in three hours. And that is where we are in the opening stages of WWIII.
