The engineer who derailed that train in PA speeding around a curve, killing and injuring many people, he seems to have faded into oblivion. It's like the public will soon forget.

Do they get to keep their jobs? Criminal or negligence charges? The media are making it sound like a "mistake."

I would not want to ride on a train with engineers who make "mistakes" like that. If they put them back to work, the public will never know. And even if somebody finds out and tries to alert the public, will posts on FB cut it?
