Good night, annie. It’s going to be wooly through the debate, because this was the first big wave and then it will settle down, before the next one comes. Bless you, annie. God be with us all. Rita

Amen and good night. Lord bless us all and be with the Trump family, I pray it is YOUR perfect WILL that Donald Trump will be our Next President. I have that faith, but I admit I falter at times. Amen.

Well, Romney has missed signing up for some of the states’ races, to be on the ballot, so he can’t win.

Yes, you are correct about that. I heard some things about Biden back when he was contemplating a late run and they were looking at the latest being December, which meant that he would miss a filing deadline for the ballot in the state of Virginia, I believe it was, and one or maybe two other states. Probably Iowa and New Hampshire.

My point was that I don't believe the GOPe hates Cruz all that much.

Well, there we differ 100%. FReegards.

LOL...not to worry and yes, Biden had already missed some states and would never make others. :-)
The same is more than true of Romney and anyone else the vile GOPEs want to now pull out of the hat.

No. Because Romney is Obozo in whiteface and would be dividing the same constituency with Hillary. Where do their beliefs and track records show them to be other than ideological twins. If both were in the race, a conservative would beat them both.

Neither is Karl Rove a conservative. Nor has he EVER been a nice guy, etc., etc., etc. If Satan comes to offer you a deal for your immortal soul, he will be oh sooooooo polite and not at all rude. Think Rove as Satan.

Trump is learning as he runs to be a conservative. That is more than any GOP-E stooge can claim. I say this as a Cruz supporter. Trump is probably my second choice.

So if GOPe splits, where does Cruz go?

By extension, a painful scenario: Trump v Hillary v Cruz.

I don't think it would be Cruz - the GOPe hate him almost as much as Trump. I would think it would be a well-entrenched establishment icon - maybe even someone like Romney?

They will try to Fix Trump at a Brokered Convention with unelected “Super Delegates”—they way they cooked Hillary in 2008. Then they will give the nomination to Mitt Romney or Christie. Trump will be shut out—run independent and be branded a Traitor to the GOP—a Ross Perot nut case. The Fix is in.

Well, if (as several have noted) the GOPe hates Cruz almost as much as Trump and won’t let him become their nominee, they have to figure out some strategy to split him off.

Are we then looking at Trump v Hillary vs [insert GOPe candidate here] vs Cruz? A _FOUR_ way race? (Assuming not a Trump/Cruz ticket.) That would split votes enough that Hillary might actually have a chance.

Nice to see you on the thread, dear friend. Thanks for the little shout out! When this primary is settled, we can ride in the same direction soon after, I bet. I miss you and Norm this cycle, that’s for sure. But as you both see, I’m in the bomb throwing business now, against the GOP, with the one guy I sincerely believe can street fight Hillary.

She wants to fight, DJT wants to fight, and I think he matches her, maybe even landslide proportion. HA! We’re in a revolution politically, so anything can happen. They are going to have to bump him off, or elect him.

Do not discount possibility of rank and file Republican operatives to stand firm for Trump.
