We need to limit restrictions exclusively to muslims. Monitor their mosques, their transmissions, their associations. Deport them liberally.
That would be entirely consistent with what America stands for, much the same way we handled Nazis during WWII. Muslims are the enemies of our God given liberties.
Due to the first amendment, Muslims have the right to worship. But 100% of mosques in this country needs to be monitored by FBI 365/24/7.
