VIDEO: ‘Stump for Trump’ duo bring down the house at candidate’s NC rally

YouTube sensations Lynette Hardaway and Rochelle Richardson joined Donald Trump on stage at his Raleigh, North Carolina rally Friday night.

"How great are they!" Trump exclaimed while the duo -- known as Diamond and Silk -- walked onto the stage.

"I turn on my television one night," a hoarse Trump said, "and I see these two on television. I say 'they are the greatest.' They became an internet sensation."

The Republican front runner then invited Hardaway to "do a little routine," which she eagerly accepted.

"First of all, I'm glad that the media can see us," she said. "I want everybody to know that we stand behind Donald J. Trump!

"We support Donald J. Trump! We endorse Donald J. Trump," the pair said simultaneously to wild applause.

"And this is going to be our next president of these United States! The silent majority has spoken, baby! He's going to build that wall and he's going to build it tall and it's going to protect us all," Hardaway said.

"We don't want this country to fall do we?" she said. "Build that wall Donald J. Trump," Hardaway said as she was embraced by the candidate.

Lucky you. I was hoping Donald would bring them up on the stage at some event. It came as a total surprise to me when he did. I imagine heads were exploding in the MSM control rooms when this happened. The Trump Girls got a standing ovation from some in the crowd.

You and I agree fully on all of your statements, so I would rather have YOU as president than Trump. In Trumps past he disagreed before he agreed. I have had enough of that from politician’s.

Don’t get me wrong I like Trump if he has finally seen the light, but I like Trumps supporters better We all agree, and have been saying all this for years,Trump has NOT!

I was watching on TV .... despite the distance between the field and Big Red, I was still yelling at the TV “Run, Run” and crying at the same time. Ok, so I’m a horse lover, former Thoroughbred owner and a sentimental slob .... one of the best things I’ve ever seen on TV :-)

Jaded perhaps by 60+ years of politicians full of promises, but not bitter, I have hope this election more than the last few. I just wish people would look beyond the book cover sometimes.

If Trump gets the ticket I will hold my nose and vote for him, he certainly is better than most, but as he fits the patter of a convenience politician perfectly I do not expect much more than the usual result.

I certainly do not look forward to 4 years of Trumpisms on tv instead of statesmanship. I am tired of being embarrassed by our president in front of my many foreign friends.
