What Donald said may not have been politically correct because he didn’t take a firm stand on either the 1967 borders or Jerusalem ... but what he did say was that it was up to Israel and Palestine to work out a solution.
It was plain and clear ... he was not trying to insert himself into either side of the resolution. Probably because he understands it is not his position to make those assumptions.

It was not all to long ago even the hint of Israel making any kind of deals with the Palestinians would be rightfully so frowned upon here on Free Republic.

Israel does not have the right to give away any part of Jerusalem and the State will be judged and punished if it does so.
