If I read this correctly, the lower rates are financed by removing a considerable number of tax credits (like EIC). Is that correct?

If I read this correctly, the lower rates are financed by removing a considerable number of tax credits (like EIC). Is that correct?That's my take. No filing requirement for single's making under $25K, and couples under $50K, means no EITC. I think it's brilliant and will save more than the tax policy center would care to admit.
