I don’t know why everyone keeps going on about this interview. He didn’t touch her. He didn’t put a dent in her armor. Her tactics were straight from the Alinsky Media Handbook. Just keep to the party line. Just tell your story. It doesn’t matter what the interviewer says, just plow forward, and don’t admit anything negative.
Cavuto didn’t change any minds with this interview. Anyone who watched it just got their position reinforced.
He didn’t destroy her stance, but she was embarrassed and her stance eroded.
The key point, which slipped by under-stated, was that to tax “the rich 1%” at 100% would only garner $1T, which isn’t enough for her demands - much less all the other “entitlements” currently under-funded.
Your main point remains: positions have been chosen, and on the whole won’t change until there are all-out ... festivities ... to eliminate one side or the other.

Yeah but it was fun to watch an idiot get put in her place- even if she was too dull of mind to understand what he was saying
Exactly.
Our side still clings to the "appeal to logic" tactic. It doesn't work. It worked 20 years ago. Not anymore.
We're dealing with a whole new breed of Liberal.
Appealing to logic is OK, but you have to A T T A C K at some point.
Our side never attacks. Our side just philosophizes.
