I know, cry me a river. I started out at a little over $800 a month. It was horrible and I had 3 children. We went through some very, very hard times but for us, it brought us very close together. There can be a good side to struggling a little. Today, most want everything (and I do mean everything) now. It’s hard to be optimistic about our nation’s future.
I was talking to a friend who sells real estate.
He said he has kids out of high school expecting to buy a nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes with attached carport or garage on an acre of land.
At the same time they expect to have two new vehicles and atv and take nice vacations.
They have no concept of starter homes.
They expect to live the same lives they had when they were living with mommy and daddy.
Delusional.
