He’s soooooo “committed” that he’s been married 3 times!

Tells me all I need to know.

Wow...you are REALLY hung up on this marriage thing.

I LOVED Reagan, in spite of his TWO marriages.

It was Reagan’s brilliant mind and experience to manage people and processes that I admired...just as do, even more so, with Trump.

Not sure if Reagan ever had to make payroll, like Trump. But, they BOTH run circles around today’s OTHER candidates, when it comes to business management.

Bless your heart. Much better to let the country be totally destroyed than elect someone who has been married 3 times. /s

Reagan was also divorced, and the product of a broken home (because of his alkie father).

Compare and contrast with Obama, who was only married once.

I hope you see that it is largely an irrelevant factor.

Don’t confuse domestic turmoil for vision or competence. Trump has his flaws, to be sure - like everyone else has, since the beginning of time until the end. The real question is whether he is the best in the field NOW who is also electable.

Me, personally, I’d like Cruz to be President. But I don’t think he’s electable, not in this cycle. I have learned that General George S. Patton, Jr. was right:

“The Perfect is the enemy of the Good.”

Let’s not toss away a fantastic manager with great negotiating skills, a love for this country and a vision to restore its greatness because of a few personal foibles or problems.

And your post tells me all I need to know about you. A judgmental scold.

Life is too short to be trapped in a miserable marriage.

As well, both Trump and Reagan treated their ex-wives with magnanimity and respect and were honest enough to properly take responsibility for their failed marriages. Contrast that to a Bill Clinton who stayed married to one woman yet engaged in multiple instances of extra-marital activity while in the process of treating all his women like dishrags.

Nobody has ever accused Donald Trump or Ronald Reagan of sexual harassment, assault and other scandalous behavior.

Yet you appear to hold somebody like Bill Clinton in higher regard because he stayed married in what is obviously a loveless marriage of convenience.

I guess you didn’t vote for Reagan then.

Not everyone views divorce the way you do...

But then I guess you can happily vote for Hillary since she has stayed married to Bill all these years
