Re: “You can kill a man with your pen; use it wisely, carefully, truthfully, . .”
This is exactly what is being done to Dr Carson, Donald Trump, and Ted Cruz. However Dr Carson has been singled out currently as the “one to eliminate NOW.”
Within the space of two weeks, suddenly his education, his mental ability, his intelligence, his integrity, his honesty, and now because his home includes large personal awards displays, two portraits (a total of three or four walls out of how many walls in what looks like a pretty big home?) and home decor that some people don’t care for - now he is a complete narcissist?
Is it possible that the photographer carefully chose only those wall displays of Dr Carson’s awards, yet ignored wall space or displays of family and friends? Are there portraits of anyone else in the home? We’re any of the portraits we saw gifts to him from admirers or friends through the years? We don’t know. And, even if Dr Carson has an ego does that disqualify him from being president?
Obviously not. There may be political views and policy stands that do disqualify him, but that is not what is being attacked, at least not to the extent his personal character is being maligned.
I am as yet undecided which conservative candidate I will wholeheartedly support, but this out and out attempted, and alas, probably successful, destruction of this man amazes me in the swiftness and thoroughness of its execution.
“You can kill a man with your pen”
Lynching is a more accurate word.
On the plantation, the good master can counsel and rehabilitate transgressors of minor offenses. There is one crime, however, that cannot be overlooked or forgiven.
Leaving the Plantation uniquely deserves lynching.
