We agree in principle; although there are few either women or men who are really good leaders. I take women leaders on a case-by-case basis. Some are great. But I do not approve of the idea of women as pastors of churches, except perhaps as pastoral counselors or teachers; and I most certainly do not approve of women serving alongside men in combat and sharing barracks, etc. This gender-blurring is grave foolishness.
All in all the sexes were created to compliment one another and therefore given particular skills, abilities and mindset as well as heart for those roles. It does not mean they cannot do them if needed, it means that they are better suited otherwise.
