Putin will have Generals not diplomats, no lawyers, No Climate Change believers, he will go after ISIS will Iran and their allies, hard.

More like, Putin will have the KGB (or whatever it is called nowadays) identify all the members of the ground crew who could have planted that bomb, Kill them. Kill their families, and kill anyone else they see as being connected with it.
