I worked at a city high school and this class is very small. I wonder if it was lunch time or after school detection. No one had anything on their desks.

This was in all likelihood a special ed class. They are very small. The fact that no work was out was probably due to her request to take it out being ignored. That is very typical.

Teacher: "Class, please take out your homework so that we can go over it."

Student: "F___ you, b____h."
