The same “logic” can be applied to the argument that brags up those 8,200 new jobs as the left used against the Keystone XL pipeline. Most of those jobs are only temporary construction jobs. Nothing against the construction trades but a temporary job isn’t a permanent one.
Why are these “jobs” so valuable but the tens of thousands of jobs promised by Keystone weren’t?
