Since 0 is still using that soc sec number that had been issued to someone else, 0 is still committing fraud.
And can still be brought up on charges for it.
Fraud is fraud, and the statute of limitations hasn’t run out yet.

And modified her approach if the first few were dumped for lack of “standing” because the challenge was to eligibility ... Should have brought him up on charges of fraud.
