There’s nothing unusual about canceling oral argument. By now the case has been briefed fully and God knows there’s a history of litigation on this. I would not expect to see the outcome Dr. Taitz wants. (this is the first I’ve heard of her in years, surprised she’s still doing this)
You’re exactly right. Except Orly Taitz has been very busy filing eligibility lawsuits and losing every one.
