Of course he is.
Consider this, if you will, an indicator. The Democrat presidential field is so weak, so incredibly feeble, that Joe Biden looks like he could be its savior. Let that sink in, because if Fox News is right Crazy Uncle Joe is about to announce his candidacy.

Rumors have been rampant that Biden has finally made a decision, and that hes planning to launch a campaign within the next 48 hours. According to Fox News sources, the rumored decision is correct, but the timeline of Bidens announcement is still undetermined.
Truman.
Nevermind... brain fart there. He was President by then.
I think they do well when they are viewed as a continuation of a successful presidency. The big question is will the American people want a “third” term for Obama, especially after he goes scorched earth in the last year?
Speaking of Jumpin' Joe, might be a good time to re-read that Richard Ben Cramer book about the 1988 campaign ("What It Takes"). That was a very good read. The writing style reminded me of Tom Wolfe. Lot of stuff about the younger Biden in there. Something about buying a house he couldn't afford. That was the year Biden had to drop out of the race due to being caught plagiarizing speeches.
One interesting question to ponder. Does Biden jumping in mean anything regarding the course of the FBI investigation on Clinton? I could totally see this White House using that to derail Clinton.
For the peasantry, nothing has changed. The Democrat Party through fraud will continue to control the outcome of elections.
What, exactly, is it that makes you think that Jarrett is working for Obama, and *not* the other way around?
the infowarrior
Is this a signal that Hillary is going to the Big House instead of the White House?
You are probably correct. Donald Trump has probably never met anyone like Joe Biden and wouldn’t have any idea how to handle him. In fact, this is something that Trump probably never thought would happen. He is probably planning to pack it in as soon as Biden announces. Well, it was entertaining while it lasted! Four years of Biden after eight years of Obama couldn’t be all that bad, could it?
Get out the popcorn
This just out on FOX News: “In the July 9, 2012 cable, Stevens reported that, “Overall security conditions continue to be unpredictable, with large numbers of armed groups and individuals not under control of the central government, and frequent clashes in Tripoli and other major population centers. The cable said 13 security personnel would be the “minimum” needed for “transportation security and incident response capability.”
I guess her Goose (Rats A$$) may finally be cooked....
With Dr. Jill I think we would get the white version of Queen Michelle. This lady looks very high maintenance.
At least “Bang-Bang” Biden is pro-gun. Just point that double barrel shotgun at the front door and blow away the perp on the other side.
No, he was not elected to the POTUS job directly from the VPOTUS slot.
On the contrary, like all the other sitting VP's who moved from that job straight into the White House, Truman was elevated when a POTUS died during the latter's term of office.
I agree. I think Trump can take anybody but he’s made it known he wants to face Hillary. Biden’s an idiot but he’s not dirty.
Biden won’t have nearly the negatives that Hillary does. And Sanders is a ‘Flash in the Pan’, just like Howard Dean was.
I would hope some opponents - from either side - would run ads with clips of Biden on the Senate Judiciary committee during the Bork and Thomas confirmation hearings.
They'd make it very, very plain what a nasty, sarcastic, meanspirited prick he really is.....not the harmless bumbling Uncle Joe that this younger generation knows.
>> Four years of Biden after eight years of Obama couldnt be all that bad, could it? <<
Bad enough, I guess, but not anywhere near as bad as the eight years of Lizzie Warren that would probably follow upon the four years of J. Robinette Biden.
Yeh I’m not defending Biden. But he can’t be stamped with emailgate or Benghazi. I am still confident Trump can steamroll him in a general election.
>> Biden wont have nearly the negatives that Hillary does <<
Sure, but he might lose the youngster vote since he’ll be 75 in 2016, as compared with Hilary’s youthful 69 years.
