Sir, when my unfortunate boating accident occurred ... my GPS was not working. I knew I checked that out before we left dock.

I think we were about 3 or 4 miles out on the Chesapeake that day ... I think it was kind of that way ... or was that the day before ...

I honestly can't remember officer ...
