I’m not an immigration advocate, but I do think its a unfair to pick one guy as an example of a group. There are no shortage of dirtbags in any given professional, regardless of their ethnicity.

No. Dirt is noble. Dirt is real. Dirt is organic & generally
full of beneficial organisms. - I’d rather say “excrement
bag”. Excrement better describes scumbags who do that
sort of stuff. Scumbag is also descriptive of vermin
infested criminals.
