Donald responded to him that the $860 million is peanuts to what the USA spends to protect S. Korea and what it allows in its trade deficit.
I think Donald has competent people who fact check everything he puts out. I’ll stay with Donald.
I’ll bet they don’t actually send us $860 million in a check. It’s some accounting gimmick to make them look good and save face. It’s more than likely some kind of “charge” we add to the invoices we pay for.
