Aren’t asians the largest “immigrant” group?
Chinese (and others) come here for opportunity, just as my ancestors did...
From my research the issue is not as much stopping them, it is changing how things are in their country that will make coming here a different decision
Emotional Intelligence is misnamed, what it refers to is culturally where you come from how do things work, how do they get done, how if at all do you fit in...
Let alone act together in a common interest
So coming here they accept (most) that it will be disruptive to their lives, but compared to what they have and can do in their country is too good to pass up
Low wage workers come here (and Dubai and many other places) to increase their wages available back home, opportunities there would preclude and by and large prevent the need to take care of oneself and family
Take this aspect around the world and you see that getting folks to see exactly the same thing is, well, impossible..
