five ‘unarrested’ bikers who turned out to Vietnam Vets rather than police agents being a prime example.

Are we sure we have gotten to the bottom of that rabbit hole? If I am one of those five and I have been falsely accused and my reputation besmirched, I am retaining counsel to press for a public retraction.

If I do not get that, I am pursuing my further options.

See In Country Vets, False Accusations, Unethical "Journalism" And The Aging Rebel - Motorcycle Profiling Project - August 11, 2015 & September 2, 2015

I doubt that comments on Aging Rebel have much impact, if any, on the reputations of the fellows accused of being police informants, so paying a lawyer for a retraction is, IMO, a waste of money. Aging Rebel's reputation takes a hit for inaccurate reporting.

Amy Irene White also has an ongoing feud with Aging Rebel over accuracy in reporting. She covered the "unarrested were informants" statement in Rebel Without a Clue..., on July 16th.
