Puin saw through Barry’s ploy and knows he supporting them not against them. Anyone with a brain that’s read all the evidence understands why airdrops with weapons and assault vehicles has been falling into the hands of the terrorists, why he’s handing them $150B, and the ability to manufacture nukes. Putin probably just doesn’t understand why Barry bows down facing them instead of away from them.
