Well, I would say that that is a natural progression of nature...as in a cleansing of useless zero nothings.
They contribute nothing to the furthering of the human race, so it's only natural that they off themselves in order that the normal humans can better survive.

Totally insane, nothing less. The sheeple that are running our colleges are a bunch of dimwits. If there are any sane teachers left at these colleges, they need to start rising up against the outrageously stupid thought police that issue their paychecks.

We already have gender “neutral” pronouns that are in common usage. There is no reason to introduce new ones. Here they are:
IT — nominate, dative, accusative
ITS — genitive
These are accurate. If some deviant wants to be so referenced, then that’s what we should call “it”.
