Based on this, Muslims would consider Obama to be an apostate Muslim, meaning one who has abandoned the faith. He attended Muslim schools as a boy, so he is considered one who left Islam.
You and I who have never been Muslim or exposed to the teachings of Mohammed are just infidels to Muslims. But Muslims have a special place in their hellish hierarchy for those who are apostate.
