Just saw that jackass get off a plane at IAD Friday afternoon. The plane was a bit late and was de-planing when we should have been boarding, so there was the usual scrum of folks crowded around the gate jockying to be first in line when their zone was called.
He came out of the jet-way smiling and looking around at everybody. With him was a one-man entourage (college age looking kid). No one in the gate area that he had to (more or less) wade through — *no-one* paid him the least bit of attention. He was scowling by the time he passed me at the edge of the concourse. He never made eye-contact with me so I’m counting my blessings.
