Boehner (and McConnell)? Worthless as friends, effective as enablers of The Destroyer, and deserving of all the obloquy they can garner. As an EX-Republican, I confess to having absolutely no faith in the GOP and consider the brand to be worth less than JNG's putative "bucket of warm piss." I am not convinced that anyone or anything can rehabilitate this worm-eaten ship of fools who have sold their souls to the Tom Donohues of the world, men and women - we can't leave out the GOP-E ladies - who would embrace Islam and advocate compulsory non-consensual sodomy if it would bring them wealth or at least let them hang around in wealth's hallway.
Still, removal of Boehner (and McConnell I might as well fantasize big) would be some kind of improvement even if only because it would at least administer at least a small helping of just desserts. I won't be holding my breath waiting for it, but it would be gratifying.

After my (limited) experience with the workings of the GOP, I am convinced that voting no longer matters.
They are going to make sure Trump is out by the end of the year, even if it means losing the general election. The same for Sanders. Neither party cares about the voters. Voters are viewed not as a consumer, but as a resource.
