Protecting U.S. Workers Website Stop The Abuse of H1B & Other Foreign Worker Progs

It is time Americans protect their rights. It is time Americans stand up for the rights of other Americans. This website is dedicated to victims who were displaced by foreign workers, advocates who want America to protect and care for the American workers and for those who fear for the future of the American dream of Americans.

If you have been displaced or refused a job, you have legal rights, in addition to other rights, to possibly recover against your former, or potential employer. These rights have to be brought within a short timeframe so please email info@protectingworkers.org if you think you have been a victim of displacement or you want to help someone who has been displaced. Also, you can call 941-961-3046 for a free and confidential consultation. Also, please contact us before signing any severance agreement. We provide a free and confidential review of severance agreements and consultations for any American citizen or permanent worker who is being replaced by a foreign worker. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING BEFORE HAVING IT REVIEWED.

This website is dedicated to Americans. It is a forum for those who believe Americans should have first right to American jobs. It is a place for advocacy of this country’s future. Please do not turn a blind eye to this vital issue.

Hey 2nd Division Vet. Where are you? Cruz supports a 500% increase in just the 1bs and also increases in the others.

Fteepers do not be fooled by Cruz. He is bad on immigration and trade. Wife’s influence perhaps. Whipped maybe?

Hard to know because they lie and wobble. Maybe Trump if he wobbles into the reasonable position.

The medical field depends upon these visas...we cannot get enough qualified people to fill those jobs. Period.

Well the H1B visas are decimating IT. So it needs to be curtailed for necessary workers not replacement workers.

exactly......the trouble is who will judge? Id rather see a re vamped tax code first then MAYBE an expansion of visas.

The IT “industry” is so vast I dont see how there could ever be quotas.
