Hard to know because they lie and wobble. Maybe Trump if he wobbles into the reasonable position.
The medical field depends upon these visas...we cannot get enough qualified people to fill those jobs. Period.
Well the H1B visas are decimating IT. So it needs to be curtailed for necessary workers not replacement workers.
exactly......the trouble is who will judge? Id rather see a re vamped tax code first then MAYBE an expansion of visas.
The IT “industry” is so vast I dont see how there could ever be quotas.
