That certainly makes sense. I suspect that the main purpose of the Clinton Foundation is to be a conduit for hush money. There are still many aides, troopers, harassment and rape victims, Arkancide operatives, the occasional medical examiner, etc to be kept quiet. No wonder so few dollars actually go to the stated causes and so many to "consultants", who likely pay "others" for "services".

A foundation that will survive Bill and Hillary well past the point where even the most hardy hushees die a natural death is the perfect mechanism for ensuring a relatively untarnished legacy. If you were in the Clintons' position with that long trail of baggage and were no longer in power to control those from your past or give them taxpayer-funded government nothing jobs, could you think of a better strategy for legacy control?
