I don’t understand this at all. I don’t support making anybody a dictator. I don’t support anybody killing the Constitution. I don’t know where people are getting the idea that Trump would do either of this.
But if those are the things that would have to come with Trump, then I’d have to ditch my support of him.
If this is the way the collective thought is going, than I highly suggest we dial it back.
Trump is an ungodly man. I am not saying this to demean him, but as a matter of fact. He is agnostic, and playing to an old-time American civil religion—an amorphous sense of goodness. Trump has already indicated that he doesn’t care about SSM and is backpedaling on defunding the murderers at Planned Barrenhood. God can use the ungodly, but I doubt He will be blessing a nation that has abandoned His truth.
The American in me likes the pro-American bombast; but I still only see a very egotistical businessman. That was good enough for most presidents, but I am not sure that will be enough anymore. We actually need someone who is willing to undue the moral destruction wrought by Obama. It is a spiritual battle, and the devil’s champion is clear, and his acolytes many. Is there not one Godly man left?
