While I am thrilled that Trump and Carson are doing what they're doing, I have my doubts about their long term viability. I've thought since his 2013 filibuster than Cruz would ultimately win the nom and the Oval. I still do. I see this Trump thing playing out just right for him. And I'm not sure Rush is there yet, though I wrote an article a few months ago that the GOP nomination will run through the "Rush Levin Breitbart" primary so to speak.
I think Rush and Levin will get there openly at some point.
“I have my doubts about their long term viability.”
I’ve heard that line stated endlessly, and no one, as of yet, has given any particular reason why it is so. I supposed people are counting on group think to convert it into reality. What Trump is saying now, I have heard him say for many, many years. Therefore, it is safe to think that he sincerely believes in what he is saying, and what he is saying is evidently what quite a number of people are thinking. I remember when Reagan announced, and his announcement was greeted with about the same degree of skepticism —he’s an actor, he’s too old, he’s too conservative, etc.
Well we can hope but I got a little shaken on Limbaugh when he never mentioned the Bundy ranch. I won’t get over that one and I am a twenty-six veteran of Rush.
Though he did interview Cruz in the Limbaugh letter which was cool.
