Oh, nooooo!!! A half hour!!!! That's what I've driven for decades.

Driving isn't a big deal in Venezuela because gas prices are $0.08 a gallon, meaning that the government subsidizes rather than taxes it to the tune of almost $2 a gallon.

The subsidised gas benefits those who are wealthier or well-connected and can afford cars if course.
