You are so right... but only the voting people can stop that, same as we vote in what we vote for...the thing that upsets me is:
A candidate comes out for re-election and they say oh we are going to listen to you, we are going to work for you, we this and we that, so ok, we take them at their word, and re-elect them and then they go back and continue the same thing as they have been doing....
Remember the old saying: ‘First time, shame on you; Second time, shame on ME’.....
I think we need to start looking at these candidates as a ‘business person’ what are they going to do to make us more money, so we can live better lives, if these candidates don’t have a hard, clear answer, then don’t vote for them...and also, be sure your electing in the local areas people that work hard in their cities, and States so we can draw from there to send to Washington D.C.
Yep, and we have to educate voters, your average voter is not keeping up with all this. But some of these Congresscritters have been in D.C. for decades, and nothing changes. Oh, but they talk a good game to the rubes back home!
