Interesting how a biker war can be twisted into a first amendment case. Sounds.like a.Saul Alinski biker gang.

Oh, Waco has violated several of the Bill of Rights. Due Process? Reasonable bail? Confront the accuser? Freedom of association? And what about no disclosure of Brady materials?

This is shameful, as bad if not worse than what we see in big Democrat cities.

“...The State’s Response Brief (“State’s Brief”) actually highlights almost everything that is wrong with the “gag order” in this case. Indeed, it purports to give this Court “facts” of the case that it claims are “facts” because these “facts are “what [is] “commonly known through press reports….For example, despite the fact that Mr. Clendennen belongs to the Scimitars Motorcycle Club, the State cites its own repeated press conferences in order to allow it to repeatedly refer to these “clubs” as “five outlaw biker gangs…Indeed, the word “gang” appears in the State’s brief ten times in an apparent attempt to prejudice this Court…”...”
*******************************************************************************************************

The “State” is taking the same approach as certain so-called FReepers who come to Waco threads and post huge numbers of posts that attempt to DEFLECT FROM THE GOVERNMENT (both Obama regime operatives as well as local Waco puppets acting in concert with that regime) ACTIONS (both in the initial incident and in later “cover up” activities).

By the time I hit the “Post” button, these statist apologists/operators may already have arrived...I’ll see.

In the wake of the violence, there was a heavy traffic of outlaw biker gang members traveling to the Waco area, and law enforcement intelligence had discovered that a “green light” had been given by certain criminal organizations to take retribution against law enforcement and/or members of rival gangs.

Which, of course, is why there have been dozens of dead LEOs in the Waco area in the past three months.

Oh wait... nevermind,..

Lana Shadwick (Breitbart Texas) has a piece up today, too. Waco Bikers' Prosecution Persists with 'Guilt by Association' Arguments. Has little in the way of new material, pretty much rehashing the current situation. A couple names pop up that I haven't seen before, but it isn't clear if they are even involved in the case(s).

This is getting funny. Scimtars and Cossacks and Banditos aren’t gangs. Why no,,, they are patriotic clubs, very similar to Kiwanis, or the Elks lodge. LOL

These guys trade on cruelty and no mercy. But lord they squeal like stuck pigs when someone is too rough for them.
