Deferred action is not full legal status, but in this case would come with a three-year, renewable work permit and exemption from deportation.”...
On May 26, 2015, the Obama’s Administration appeal of Judge Hanen’s injunction was turned down by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans by a 2-1 margin, leaving the injunction in place while the court case works its way through the court system.....
