If Unions lose government protection the playing field is leveled and what unions remain must provide value to the members, and the members must provide value to their employer. Unfortunately the only power these unions have lost is the ability to extort fees from all workers. They still have all sorts of protections for criminal activities and at the end of the day still have the NLRB willing to put a gun to the heads of employers.
Do you have any info on what the Roscommon teachers have done for their health insurance? Have they now been able to get bids, instead of the captive deal the MEA had previously.
