Brazil if anything is even more corrupt than Argentina. It will be a very long time before it reaches its economic potential.

If that’s the next great economic power, why don’t all these illegals go there?

I guess I could answer that ....

(1) Their government isn’t so stupid to take in all these illegals.

(2) They’re not all leaving Mexico and central America to work. They’re going for the welfare and many are leaving so that they won’t be locked in their prisons.

I’ve heard for years that Brazil has thousands of parent-less children wandering the streets, some as gang members, most as thieves and 12 year old dope addicts. We have enough problems already without becoming more financially intertwined with Brazil, unless it’s strictly in a business sense, vs social service. We should be mining for precious metals, like China is doing.

Brazil is the country of the future. And always will be.

IOW: They are always being touted as the next big thing and they never will be as they are corrupt and stupid.
