Elections could turn things around practically overnight. All that is required is for We the People to begin to demand that those who represent us represent the principles of our free republic’s founding, and keep the sacred oath of office. No compromise.

How do we insure that such demands are heard and acted upon? Rush mentioned yesterday that he was surprised there wasn’t more outcry about all the carp that happened this last week or so. To whom are we to “outcry? “

I’m laughing. I’m cynical, yes, maybe.

I’m laughing because I’m wondering just how much more we can do than we have done within the law? We all but gave a mandate at the election that has been ignored.

We call, we write, we have done everything short of tar and feathers and running the bastards out of the capitol on a rail. That sounds like a great idea to me.
